Dhahran’s team Lynx has won the Aramco STEM Racing World Finals in Singapore, Saudi Press Agency reported on 8 October. The event ran from 29 September to 7 October and brought together 91 international competitors.
Lynx also received the Team Identity Award, while Saudi team Baz earned project management and knockout competition honours. Ithra supported the Saudi teams through an eight-month preparation programme involving 36 mentors.
Ithra has opened registration for the sixth STEM Racing KSA cycle, with training due to start in December. The competition asks young participants to design and optimise model racing cars while developing engineering and teamwork skills.
