PIF-owned tourism company ASFAR inaugurated Gamra Mountain Resort in Al Baha, according to an announcement dated 20 September.
The development spans more than 21,000 square metres and offers 30 rooms and suites designed around the region’s mountain landscape. Mantis, part of Accor, will operate the property, with IHCC participating as the private sector partner.
ASFAR describes local products and community partnerships as part of the guest experience. The opening adds a new hospitality property to southwestern Saudi Arabia; the statement does not disclose occupancy, achieved visitor spending or operating profit.
