Nahdi Medical Co. has named Abdullah Al Nahdi as chairman and Yaser Binmahfouz as vice-chairman. Argaam’s 8 October report said the board approved the appointments on 7 October and selected Fahad Alhaidari as board secretary.
The company also announced committee arrangements, including remuneration and nominations, digital transformation and cybersecurity, and an audit committee. The audit committee’s four-year term began on 5 October, with Abdullatif Al Saif as chair and Wael Eid and Waleed Tamirek as members.
