The Human Resources Development Fund supported the employment of 329,000 Saudi citizens during the first half of 2026, Media Minister Salman Al-Dossary said in a government briefing reported on 13 October.
The figure represents a 23 percent increase from the same period a year earlier. He also said administrative-job localization had been fully implemented across 69 professions, including human resources, administration, shipping and public relations.
These are employment-support figures cited by the minister, rather than a count of current vacancies.
