PIF and Formula E expand digital STEM learning through Driving Force

PIF and Formula E announced an expanded online learning platform for Driving Force on 14 August 2026. The initiative combines science, technology, engineering and mathematics with sustainability and electric mobility content for young people.

What the announcement covers

The announcement states that the program had reached 111,200 students across more than 1,100 schools in Saudi Arabia, the United States and the United Kingdom. The expanded platform brings interactive activities for students together with resources for parents and educators.

Content includes the technology behind Formula E’s GEN4 car and connections to possible future careers. The initiative demonstrates how a commercial partnership can support education beyond its main sporting activity, using familiar subjects and interactive experiences to introduce technical concepts.
