International companies support demand
JLL said international businesses make up 50 to 60 percent of occupiers, while new company setups account for 55 to 60 percent of inquiries.
Operators are improving meeting facilities, technology and services for hybrid working. JLL expects private offices to gain market share as providers focus on revenue growth.
