Avalon Pharma signed a memorandum of understanding with Aurisco Pharmaceutical to explore complex pharmaceutical products and oligonucleotides, Argaam reported on 7 October.
An initial project concerns inclisiran, with potential technology transfer and manufacturing localisation in Saudi Arabia. Aurisco’s contribution would draw on its synthesis, analytical and active ingredient expertise.
The memorandum lasts six months. Commercial and financial terms remain to be determined through subsequent agreements, so the announcement does not establish a completed manufacturing investment or confirmed contract value.
