Can I suggest a story or nominate a leader?
Yes. Use Share Your Story or Nominate a Leader and include the person’s contribution, relevant public sources and your contact details. A submission does not guarantee publication.
Is every Leader Lens article an original interview?
No. The collection includes leadership perspectives, public-source profiles and summaries of external interviews. Each article should identify its format and source. We do not present published-source material as an interview conducted by Talent Diamond.
Can a company commission an article?
Yes. Work With Us describes company features, leadership perspectives, milestones, people and culture stories, and ongoing visibility campaigns. We agree the scope, publication and distribution around your objectives.
How is paid content identified?
Material produced through a paid arrangement is labelled appropriately, for example Sponsored, Partner Content or Commissioned Profile. Purchasing a service does not guarantee independent editorial coverage or favourable treatment.
Can I review the article before publication?
Commercial clients review commissioned material for factual accuracy and agreed messaging. Editorial contributors may be asked to confirm facts or quotations; Talent Diamond retains editorial control over independent coverage.
What are the prices and timelines?
These depend on the brief and are agreed before commissioned work begins. Contact us with your objective, article focus and any timing requirements.
How do I request a correction or raise an image concern?

Does a feature guarantee employment?
No. A profile communicates experience and contribution. It does not guarantee a job, hiring interview or preferential consideration.
