Information you provide
When you send an enquiry, the form collects your name, email address, message and consent to be contacted. You may also provide your organization, role and a public supporting link. Please do not include identity documents, financial details, health records or confidential employer information.
Why the information is used
Your enquiry is used to assess your request, communicate with you, review a proposed story or discuss a service. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list or authorize publication of your message. Any proposed publication or commissioned work is discussed separately.
Enquiry records
Enquiries submitted through the current form are saved as private records in the website administration system, together with the submission and consent information. They are available to authorized website administrators. A short-lived identifier derived from your email address is used to limit repeated submissions.
Your browser and third-party services
The Saved Stories feature stores your reading list in this browser. You can remove saved stories on the Bookmark page or clear your browser site data. WordPress may use cookies for account sessions and site functionality. Photographs and links hosted by other services may send technical request information, such as your IP address, to those services when loaded or opened. Their own privacy notices apply.
Access, correction and removal requests
Use our Contact page to ask about information you submitted, request a copy or correction, withdraw your enquiry consent, or request deletion. Explain your request and identify the relevant enquiry or page. We may need to verify that the request relates to you. Requests concerning published editorial content are assessed separately under the Editorial Policy.
Retention and service providers
Enquiry records are retained for handling and following up the request and any resulting work. You may request removal through the Contact page. Website hosting, maintenance and backup services may hold copies needed to operate and protect the website; removal from the live website may not immediately remove a backup copy.
