News briefing · 7 October 2026

Shareholders of Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company, known as solutions, approved a 100 percent capital increase on 6 October, according to Argaam’s report the following day.
The approved structure provides one bonus share for each existing share, increasing capital from SAR 1.2 billion to SAR 2.4 billion and shares from 120 million to 240 million. The increase capitalises retained earnings.
The company linked the decision to its expansion and investment strategy in information technology. Argaam reported that Edaa would deposit the bonus shares before trading on 11 October. A bonus issue changes the share structure and is distinct from raising fresh cash through a subscription.
